Rush Order Policy (ROP)
What qualifies as rush order?
A rush order is any complex order that requires pick-up on or before a specific date with less than 21 days' notice.
How much is the rush fee?
The rush fee ranges from 15% to 25% of the total order cost, depending on the volume and complexity of the order. We will send you an invoice to complete the fee payment before we can proceed with your order.
Why is there a rush fee?
The rush fee covers the additional time, effort, and resources required to fulfill last-minute orders, ensuring your order is completed on time,
How do I know if my order will incur a rush fee?
If your order is placed with less than 21 days' notice, a rush fee will be applied. We will inform you of the fee before proceeding with your order.
Can I avoid the rush fee?
Yes, you can avoid the rush fee by placing your order with sufficient notice, usually 21 - 45 days in advance.
What if I decide to not go ahead with the order after hearing about the rush fee?
That's totally fine! If you prefer not to pay the rush fee, you can choose not to proceed with the order. You must inform us within 12-24 hrs of receiving the rush fee notification, or we can discuss an alternative pick up dates.
Do all orders qualify for a rush fee?
Rush service is subject to availability, especially for large OR complex orders. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs, but it's always best to reach out as early as possible.
